This is a great Class for beginners and those who like to refresh their fundamentals of Yoga. Mari uses simple slow-flowing sequences involving a creative series of static poses which encourages proper alignment of the body.
Each pose brings balance, strength, and calmness. Bring your mind, body, and breath together to create a form of moving meditation. Move through a series of sequences that link poses and form a continuous flow to help improve strength, flexibility, and concentration.

We will focus on teaching them the correct form to prevent injuries down the road and we will apply functional movements & sport specific exercises. Classes will have circuit training, core training, footwork drills, quickness drills, games, etc. All while keeping it fun & exciting for the young athletes! Everything we do is to help our students become better athletes every time they take a class. Improving technique and proper movement patterns from a young age is of the utmost importance. Our instructors will work alongside the athletes the whole time, ensuring an effective and fun workout!

Piloxing is a cardio workout fusion of standing pilates, boxing and dance that will push you past your limits for a sleek, and powerful you!
