Find Your Flow: An Introduction to Vinyasa
Join Bri for this workshop on building and refining your yoga flow! This workshop will focus on strengthening and engaging the core and shoulders, with tips and cues to help stabilize each pose. We’ll focus on refining the four core poses of a flow-based yoga class (plank → chaturanga → up dog → down dog). Bri will break down each pose, focusing on proper alignment, postures, and modifications to level up your yoga practice! All levels are welcome.
